As yesterday’s defenders of freedom, VFW Post 4927 warmly welcomes today’s military service members to join our ranks and become part of our brotherhood. Our common bond is the battlefield—whether in the Korean War, Vietnam, Persian Gulf, Kosovo, the War on Terrorism, or peacekeeping missions. Your courage and sacrifice have made a lasting impact in preserving and defending global peace.

Join us for our Day of Service as we demonstrate our ongoing commitment to service by hosting a blood drive conducted by New York Blood Center and sponsored by Assemblywoman Rebecca Kassay, Legislator Steven Englebright and Councilmember Jonathan Kornreich.

Memorial Day Ceremony 2026:

Monday, May 25th, at 11:00am

Join us for our celebratory ceremony to remember the men and women of our Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to the country. Light refreshments will be served following the ceremony.
